It depends what pistons you have and what is needed. With B16 pistons hard to find it's a case of boring to match what's available. If it's been bored before to +20 and now needs +30 and only +40 are available that's the way to go.
Oversize's listed as +20,30,40,50. Any bigger than that and it's re sleeve and back to standard. Only positive in that is the standard pistons will be more available than oversize's.
