Have a check elsewhere first. I'm pretty certain if it was core plug - it's all or nothing and you'd have dumped all your oil.
Check it's not from the turbo pipes or intercooler/oil coolers.
BUT if it's not had the core plug done before anyway - I wouldn't leave it long either..
