If its a 2015 model you're looking at, then that will be the Ford based "P3" platform. Personally, I think they're great cars & they're capable of doing mammoth miles (providing they're looked after of course).

The newer V90 (Geely ownership) replaced the Ford based P3 V70. I don't know much about the V90, but it certainly has presence, the interior is very nice & the vehicle itself is very spacious (even bigger than the V70, as its a larger vehicle).

These newer Geely Volvo models are still, relatively new. The real test of durability etc is to come so to speak. I've come across some with fairly high mileage though & there seems to be plenty of them on the roads.
