There are two 6mm hex (allen) bolts holding it to the turbo. There's also a clamp/bracket half way down the pipe and is connected to the water pipe running parallel to the oil return. Once these are removed the pipe can be just pulled from the block. A new seal for the block and gasket for the turbo side is about €4 in total. When replacing put a little vaseline on the seal and place it on the end of the pipe, then place it into the block and do up your bolts at the turbo side and finally your clamp/bracket.
