when i got my mine it had done 190k and the fluid was very dark indeed, ive done 14 sump dumps on it so far and on the last flush it was the same colour out as i was putting back in , thats with 100 miles between them flushes.
plan is to drop the sump on it every time i do an oil change or at least every other oil change to keep the fluid fresh , bonus with mine is its non turbo and doesnt tow anything so hardly gets driven hard ,
