Seriously, I mean, ok they're taking one more step towards the 'nanny' state where individual freedom of action is curtailed but we're not far from the big brother using GPS to both monitor and control the speed we drive at (not to mention using the data to tax us) but more importantly perhaps is who really needs to drive at more than 180kph anyway? I mean, really?
