Yeh I usually stick to the speed limit or I drive quite slow so I dont see how this would affect me really nor should anyone be really driving our UK roads at that speed.
Our country is filled with people who have no actual care abou driving causing anything from lane hogging to just pulling out randomly with the thought process of its the persons behinds problem or I will claim .... its too dangerous to be flying around. As for Germany I never really see many Volvo's driving around obviously but I guess this would put the Germans off more really, but I got to say being able to take you car right up there defenitly gets you places quicker ... but also spending more at the pump.
