I have Heads Up on all the time and do use it, too.

I'd only use a heated windscreen facility for a few days a year maximum.

I think Heads Up is a 'no-brainer', particularly so when I see reminders on it for, say Speed Cameras and Speed Limit changes as I'm driving along.

Yeah! No-brainer.

I'm pretty sure, that you can also turn off its audio alert and just use a visual.
