So ..apologies for the silly question.. do we know for a fact that if this is broken , which I’m sure it is , that this would affect the heat output even when on manual settings and not Auto? I honestly thought it would only be when on Auto as surely if the cabin temperature was eg 26 degrees you could still select hot air to come out of the vents using the controls?
