That tool is a complete overkill and a pointless purchase.
You need a blow lamp, lump hammer and a block of wood
Heat them up and as the plastic melts they allmost work themselves free.
Drift the new ones in with a hammer and block of wood.
Pay particular attention that the new bushes are inserted correct side up as they have a different size hole on the end.
