We went to look at one on Saturday and whilst we love it, we felt a bit unsure on the boot size. Going to see the Skoda Superb before hand probably didn't help though.

Whilst a V90 would be nice, I can see no deals that come close to what we've seen for the S90.

Do any of you lot run your S90 as a family car? We've got a 5 y/o and a new baby due and often do a lot of travelling up to the north east, so tend to take at least 1 large suitcase, a buggy and all sorts of other associated crap.

I'm just looking for some reassurance and possibly pictures of full boots to alleviate the wife's concerns!

To be fair to the garage, they have said to bring all our stuff down to try it out but that's easier said than done in the current 1 series

Any help appreciated!
When I looked at the V90, I opened the tailgate took one look and walked away, Volvo are way off the mark now with estate cars, tailgate slope reduces load carrying, I could not fit my dog in the back, this used to be Volvo's strong point but now they have gone for looks over practicality, estate cars are for load lugging but alas not any longer, XC90 is the only real practical alternative.
