Sidelights (about 12 o'clock on the clock face) with the lights on DRL you should get all side lights around the car and the main (high) beam will flash but not stay on.

Lights switched on (about 2 o'clock on the clock face) with the lights on DRL you should get all side lights around the car, dipped driving lights and the main (high) beam will stay on.
thanks and yer agreed
my problem
the way ive wired at the moment and the problem I get is that on 10o'clock position the high beam dosnt just flash it stays on when operated
and when switch is at 2o'clock the high beam stays on but the dipped goes off when the stalk is operated.
the fix
but the fix that me and nimminz came up with should work and turn the high beam on at any point as long as the dipped beam bulb is on regardless of the position of light switch I THINK
