The 205bhp variant is a new design. To look at the engine bay in a 205 & 185 though, they don't really look that much different in terms of the location of items like the battery, coolant reservoir etc.
205bhp improvements/changes
1.The EGR system has been improved
2.The injectors are different
3. Intake & exhaust have been revised
4. There's two turbo's, instead of one on older models. This means more grunt/torque.

It's the same block with a modified head and updated ancillaries/injection system. The compression ratio is reduced slightly to enable it to run more boost.
