The VW part number is as shown for the head - have looked up the number 075 103 373R which I hope is a d24Tic, but have not so far confirmed.
BTW which part are you looking for?
VW made lots of engines based on a 400cc cylinder, the golf 1.6 (d16) audi 100 (d20) and LT35 (d24) this last being the one sold to Volvo.
