Dead easy, basically remove rear panel, remove CD fascia panel, pop icm screen out form the rear, remove centre console 12v socket panel and remove 4 screws (2 by the 12v socket and 2 under icm opening).Have a look on youtube if in doubt.
If you are interested I am only just outside Penistone and get over to the Peak via the Strines a couple of time a week, so could perhaps drop it off and give you a hand, if required
