Looks to be in nice condition but a wash then a few hours spent with T-Cut followed by a reasonably good polish will vastly improve the appearance. That shade of blue (no matter what make of car it's on) tends to be a "fugitive colour" but usually responds to T-Cut very well. I had an Astra van many moons ago of a similar age (think about 3 years newer) in a similar shade of blue - horrible faded thing it seemed to be.
Gave it a good wash and spent a few happy hours getting sunburned - errrr, enhancing the paintwork with T-Cut and it looked much brighter and shinier.

Even if you decide to keep it, the MoT tester will look more favourably on it as you've already made a start on improving it, if you decide to sell, prospective buyers will see there isn't much wrong with the paint (always expensive to rectify) so it's a win-win for you.
