Rybrook Warrington are doing the clean and software upgrade on mine f.o.c this Thursday after I remonstrated to the service manager. The fact that I bought the car from them just last March, as an approved used Volvo, and no mention was made by them of this problem at the time, I will be taking up with the dealership director whilst the car is in the workshop. This is the third Volvo I have had, and to be honest it will probably be the last. It can`t hold a candle to the older models for build integrity and the way I have knowingly been sold a lemon by one of their dealers is beyond contempt.
