Now sorted after a trip to the scrapyard
Got a beige one and put my black top cover on it
This one seems a better one than the last one as it’s easier to move
Previous one seemed too stiff and I tried to ease it with some wd40 on the hinge
It subsequently broke soon after
The one before that was already broken when I got the car
Time will tell how long this one will work
