Have you replaced the shocks etc on yours yet?
Its a pity you can't get pre-assembled shocks or "Quick struts" as they're known for the P3 shape V70 like you can for the older shape S60's (Pre 2006) as an example. It'd save faffing around with part numbers & scrolling through multiple websites to find out who has which part in stock etc. You could just buy the strut that's already fully assembled with new parts & fit it straight to the car. That would be easy I suppose, but I don't know why you can get them for the older models & not for the newer ones :/
