My 2013 S60 T5 didn't have a reversing camera as standard but it does now. It has a front camera as well all connected to the screen using a Volvotech CFE+.
There may be other ways to achieve this, maybe the software can be activated in Vdash, but the CFE+ route was easy, plus it does other fancy tricks as well.
