yes Volvo made FM radio,s all the way back in 1966.
These were made in USA (for the US market only) by a US based company called Bendix.
In 1967 the first Volvo 8 track players appeared in the US brochures, but it wasnt untill 1969 they appeared in Europa (different make)
In USA you could get them as a seperate item (if you already had a radio) but overhere they came with a FM radio.
The FM radio,s overhere didnt appear untill 1971 (app)
