I had a bar of raw polyurethane. And after i designed the shape and the dimensions, i went to
specialist who made them on a
lathe machine
You can find raw polyurethane on ebay usa. Mine was a gift from a friend.
Guess i'm having the dimensions somewhere at home but i'll reach them only after 2 weeks.
I made ~10 000 miles with those bushes and no problems at all.
