Happy thread resurrection! Well I like the challenge of repairing things and what a battle this one was. In hindsight I’d do what the others say about connections and things first. Lessons learned include leave the steering wheel nut on a few turns until you have got the wheel moving on the splines and you’ll need a 28 (I think?) deep socket; it’s a hell of a lot easier to get a replacement steering wheel - I’d give you my spare but I think you are in the alternative (not Bishop) Auckland. If it ever stops raining I’ll get down my workshop and post a few pics....
