It is very common for replacement driveshafts to be inferior quality and creating wobbly/shaking feeling. In lots of cases shafts are refurbished units or just cheaper aftermarket pieces, and often quality of them is just not good. If repair was done using such parts, well - I wouldnt be surprised it wobblies.
Another point creating wobbliness apart from mentioned in another thread (brakes/wheels) are lower wishbone bushes - those are very weak points and often goes bad making whole lower control arm shaking, mostly visible/heard during braking or accelerating (lateral movement). Just add this to list of possibilities, fortunately - not expensive fix as you can just replace bushing itself.
