Hi there,
Yes, currently the tow bar electrics are still available.
These were from a 2016 Xc60, so I believe that they would work for you being the same model and only the previous year. I couldn't be fully sure though.
You may be aware / have this sorted but you will need a control module which from previous experience needs to be from Volvo as they are coded per car.
You may be aware of this, just thought I would mention it.
