When you download virtualbox, make sure you also
download the USB extension pack from this site too
to your main host machine NOT the virtual machine
https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads then when you go into virtualbox, go into settings and
install the extension pack in the
virtual machine.
Remember to set up the virtual machine to match the Vida REQUIREMENTS as explained in the video you've seen.
