Is very strange. If I start the car from cold and run it for 5 mins then turn it off and check for pressure there is nothing there. Only when its been run up to full temperature does it retain some pressure.

It wont be headgasket failure , The gasket is several layers of stainless Steel .
Most likely a cracked liner worst case .
