I have been insured with Volvo Owners for many years. They were once very good, excellent and simple contact and what is more readily accepted my Main Dealers when I needed a courtesy car. Then one year they changed. Their administration was off-hand and everything else seemed third rate too. I have driven since I was seventeen (I am 65 now) I took my first licence in central london and I also trained as an instructor in Wimbledon. I have ten years extensive driving instructor experience in Bath, Bristol, Birmingham, Redditch, Chichester and Bognor Regis. For the last five years of my work for a Midland dealer I drove a Main Board Director and the Company Chairman. The general standard of driving in the course of my years has dived and the insurance market has become a mine field!
