Last time I did the cambelt. Gear in 4th or 5th. Large bricks blocking rear wheels. Handbrake hard on. Wind crankshaft nut as far as possible with socket and long breaker bar then clobber end of breaker bar with lump hammer. Starts the bolt moving then just wind it off as normal.
