THey explain how to do "black chrome" in one of their downloadable booklets, plate them black-chrome and they'll look bright and shiny black and never rust!

Considering how bright and shiny you've got them already, that's what gave me the idea.

Alternatively, etch-primer, normal primer, satin black top coat(s) of some description - not sure about the Eastwood Extreme, i was under the impression that was very thick - might be wrong though!
