Today I changed oil to Shell Helix Ultra ACEA A5/B5 5W30. Prior to this I ran engine for 10 min with Liqui Molly Engine Flush.
Used Mann Oil filter (they make VOLVO oil filters).
No change whatosoever - that ticking/rattling noise is still there.
What I have noticed noise dissapears after 2000 rpm.
Meanwhile I have found video from D5 engine with exatcly same noise, although owner is more worried about smoke from disptick and oil filler.

Maybe bad injector then?
