The eBay car has steel wheels with large plastic wheel trims; the alloys on Agnew's car may or may not have had full hub-centre caps. Volvo seemed to pick and choose for this style of alloy wheel; I have seen cars with both a cover that sits over the wheel nuts and exposed wheel nuts.
