The later XC70 cars were P2 models as the XC70 only made a P1 & P2, unlike the V70 which had three versions eg P1 up to 1999, P2 up to 2007
and P3 from mid 2007 on. But I am sure the Engine Undertray for the P3 V70 will suit your car. A Breaker would probably be your safer option as they dont come cheap from Volvo Stealers.
