From looking at the photos I would say the delta arms are ok, just the bushes need replacing. However, you and the garage have seen them close up so will know better than someone studying a photo.

Even if replacement delta arms are needed it is imperative that new bushes are fitted - four in total. Putting old arms on with the old bushes is just asking for trouble - vehicle safety and handling and chances are, come next mot, it will fail for worn bushes and you will be back to paying the garage to dismantle everything to replace the bushes. The bushes are a service item, especially given the age of them now.

Once everything is back together you will need a four wheel alignment as the rear tracking will be altered. The tracking being adjusted by moving the bushes.
