I hardly think you are in a position to dictate to any VOC member yet alone how this forum is run, it would seem that all you have done since joining (all of 4 weeks ago)is to add fuel to the fire.I will suggest that before you comment on the running of the VOC to take a close look at your own forum as from what I can see it isn't smelling of roses nor is it a happy place..
