Hi Have a look at some of my posts re my car. It is an easy conversion, you just need volvo caliper extensions, 302mm disks and standard size pads as on the 280mm smaller disk. Then on budget it depends what type of pads and disks you want to go for quality and performance. I bought all my stuff from Parts for Volvo but you can find used caliper extensions on ebay but they arn't exspensive.
