Thanks for all your help guys. I just didnt know how to approach it as Ive never had this park brake set up before. Ive had it apart and found that it doesnt seem to have snapped as first feared, the outer sheath of the cable has either jumped over the bracket or pulled through the middle. Ive placed it back where it should be and it seems to be working ok now. Im gonna keep my eye on it though.
I never realised that the "dash end" comes off to reveal fuses etc lol
