A few minor issues I've noticed and mostly rectified with my 2002 S40 which are all fairly common:
- Bonnet release cable broken
- Demister controls erratic (potentiometer wear)
- Sagging headliner (not fixed, pretending it doesn't exist for now)
Also changed the MAF sensor as it caused an unusual problem when I first bought the car of dropping revs for about a second when at about 2,500-3,000.
Usual stuff to look out for really, lovely cars to drive on the whole.
Also, for £750 for a cambelt and service, did they receive gold plated filters or something?!
