It's always a good idea to post all fault codes, if you already have them. There are a lot of cases, where they are connected. In your specific case, I'd say you already got the fault, seems likely that the MAF is shot or the cables/plugs are corroded and don't send correct signals. Your symptoms fit that fault.
I'd start with that and work my way up through the codes. Nonetheless I'd erase the error codes after the MAF repair, drive a short wile and read them again. Then work with the next fault, erase, drive, re-read again.
