Does it matter who you take the extended warranty from? My local dealer is Northampton however as I work in Milton Keynes I am also considering that dealership.

My dealer told me that I would have to get the extended warranty from:

I was also told that I would be notified approximately two months before my car is 3 years old and given the option to take out the extended warranty.
