had a problem with my V70 cross country and they were great, volvo garage couldn't fit me in but they got the ford one to have a look, dropped the car with them and after a free coffee they took me back to the camp site about 8 miles away, phoned me twice and also phoned volvo in Sweden! then collected me all free of charge.
need more firms like them 1st rate.
