Round here many of the speed signs are in the wrong place. Our road is a 20mph area but the car doesn't pick it up until halfway along the road as the sign at the start of the road is badly placed. The car park for our village recreation area has a 5mph limit but they put the sign at the exit so the Volvo thinks that I should be doing 5mph as I pull out onto the main road!
