Metal flakes in engine oil

Changed the oil in my partners '08 s40(1.8 petrol, 99k miles) and found some metal flakes/shavings at the bottom of the container I've drained it in(photos attached). Service history suggests last service was done @85k miles in 2018.
How bad is it? Should we try to get rid of it? Engine is not noisy and there are no metallic rattles
