I hope all goes well Neil. Have you had a look at brickboard.com ? It's based in America, and has hundreds of threads running about every single aspect of running 240s, and every other Volvo too. Worth doing a search on a topic, or starting a new one. I have found it a real eye-opener - there are people there with incredible knowledge and experience, and they are all really patient as a sucession of people keep asking old questions. Brakes, master cylinders, pressure valves, calipers are a favouite topic.
