Bodge with k seal???? No no no no no not a fan of "bottle repairs".
It's not egr cooler there is no leaks anywhere the coolant blows out the expansion bottle. It's definitely compression in the coolant.
This one won't be repaired the po did not want the expense of investigating and il drive it until it blows up or a customer needs an expensive part, then it will be dismantled.
