So it’s all done and plumbed in a little scary cutting the gearbox pipe as your committed then. The oil was dark abit, I did change it 3 months ago but only drain and fills so this way was much more thorough.
Only problem was went to level it last night and the level plug rounded off again which annoyed me as it was new 3 months ago. So after getting a new one again from Volvo managed to get it out with a screwdriver and hammer and the fluid was perfectly red which was nice to see.
So will report back once I’ve used it abit, got a 650 mile round trip in the summer so glad it’s done, thanks again for help and comments.
