Inner track rod ends then? Might be easiest to source a secondhand rack and just change it complete.

As for your bushes, which ones are you referring to? I can only see the ARB bushes including the droop link bushes, the eyelet bushes on the drop link looks a bit odd but don't forget that wheel is at full droop so most strain will be on it as i daresay the other front wheel is still on the ground, looking at the photo.
