My fuel filler flap has just lost its little plastic "noses" to hinge the spring that keeps the flap closed.

I was cleaning the car and when I open the flap I saw the last of the two plastic bits fly off.

I just screwed two sharp tiny screws diagonally into the hinge in the places where the plastic noses used to hold the spring and it works perfect.
