I agree with 'Stephen Edwin', 'Triple-S'. Why not put a year's MOT on it after Christmas? That way it will be more saleable and probably also command a higher price. I would say at least £500, possibly more with a year's ticket.
If I hadn't also bought a V70 when my own 745 failed its MOT catastrophically a couple of years back, I may well have been interested myself.
