If memory serves, the 2.0 and 2.3 bolts are the same so just reuse your bolts from the 2.0 starter. Something in the back of my mind also says it was the automatics that got the uprated starter regardless of capacity of the engine. In other words, a 2.3 manual and a 2.0 manual would likely have the same starter and likewise for the autos.
I'm not able to check just now but it would be wise to check they fit in the same mounting holes, i know some manufacturers use different mountings for the starters on autos.
